Massage before and after pregnancy is an opportunity for body and mind adapt to a period of great transformation.
During pregnancy (lateral massage), massage allows the body to gently adjust to frequently rapid changes. It is also an opportunity to take a break and live fully this very special moment. Through techniques of deep relaxation , it allows for other forms of communication with oneself and with one’s baby.
After pregnancy, massage can be for the mother only (holistic massage) or for the new baby and his/her parents (baby massage workshops). In workshops, parents learn how they can support their baby’s physical growth and how to communicate differently with their child.
